doing my best to be a no-drama llama. oh what a drama queen i used to be. living with hypervigilance makes you notice every single little thing that's wrong with the world and surviving trauma left me feeling the need to constantly point out what was wrong.

always stirring the pot. gossiping. always telling dramatic stories - forget that I was just essentially narrating what was happening in my life... the more i talked about it, the more i got to talk about.

one day i got so sick of my story, i decided to stop telling it and that's when things really started to turn around. for years i said, save the drama for your llama. using the re~minder was funny and it helped me make the choice to not participate in drama. I became a no drama llama.
