Dr. Seuss said, "there's no one on earth more youier than you." so many of us dim our light to accomodate others. we do things or say things or agree to things that are not who we truly want to be under the guise of fitting in and then we wonder why we're connected to people who are takers, judgmental, controlling.

when you completely accept yourself, exactly as you are, give up judging yourself, blame, guilt, the need to please or fit in - you also learn to stop judging and blaming others, and if they're not your vibe you learn that there are so many human beings on this planet that it's ok to not vibe with someone.

when you shine your light, you inspire others to feel confident enough to try too.

there's a difference between being free to be your weird self and being so obnoxious no one wants to hang around with you. social graces are always something i struggled with. by getting on top of some of those type of things, i discovered i liked myself more... and so did others.
